only have been eating light for 4 days, i pigged out last night when i took the pic because i was pissed being at the club last night and there were like really no fine hoes, i mean there was some 18 year old ones but they were stupid

I agree. I went to a club last night too but it is DEFINITELY something i try to avoid and you may want to too. You have lost size in your arms and shoulders and now look like a guy who worked out for maybe 3 months. Come on Waddy bite the bit and do some real pulling instead of prancing around the pony pit looking for a kiddie wagon to yoke under.

You should try doing the pose w/ a vacuum instead of flexing your abs; it will make your v-taper more pronounced. You look good though.
