Mon wed fri sun. Cardio 1hr in A.M. empty stomach.
Weights 3on 1off & 2on 1off. back and shoulders, legs, chest and arms.
Eat 6 meals a day. protien and greens.
Only carbs are after weights 100 grams
Supplements: Egg, casien powder. NO2 1 hr prew/out BSN cellmass after w/OUT
4 weeks in.......16-20 to go... Goal 10% fat. Current 20% Started 24%
