Mon wed fri sun.  Cardio 1hr in A.M. empty stomach.

Weights  3on 1off    &  2on  1off.      back and shoulders,   legs,    chest and arms.

Eat 6 meals a day.   protien and greens.    
 Only carbs are after weights    100 grams

Supplements:   Egg, casien powder.    NO2 1 hr prew/out      BSN cellmass after w/OUT

4 weeks in.......16-20 to go...     Goal 10% fat.     Current 20%      Started 24%

Ive got no problem with gear users, thats how they want to live.  I just didnt want to complicate my life with all the chemistry lessons and wondering if I was gonna keep any of the gains.

I think alot of the ethyl creatines and nitric oxide stuff increases protien synthysis almost as well as the gear.     My muscles are staying full on 100 g of carbs a day and only 50g of fat.......that shouldnt be normal.    Timing supps is crucial.

Yes, over the 3 days i take to work my whole body, the first 3 are 6-10 reps
                                                                      the nxt 3  are 10- 20 reps.
So really its within the same week.
 
At the end of my last set on an exercise  i will drop the weight and do partials till i cant hold the bar.

The guiy looks thick but I agree needs to lose a good 28-30 lbs to look hard and ripped. If he juices he doesn't look like he doesn't do much and just has thick overall mass and good strcuture.
