« on: May 03, 2007, 08:41:01 AM »
Come one Milos.  Please give us the recipe.  I know you're holding a seminar in a couple weeks but some of us can't make it.
This is a serious question, I am not being sarcastic.  I wan't to know the ingredients.

Thanks

That was the intention.  Sounds like a children's story.  But I am very curious to know the recipe for this.

All kidding aside, Milos had this in the Dec. 06 Flex. This could supposedly help you pack on about 10lbs of muscle in a month if you train like an animal 6 days a week:

PreWorkout
3-5g creatine
3-10g glutamine
15-20g essential amino acids
15g BCAA
30-50g Vitargo
1 tsp Gatorade

During Workout
3-5g creatine
3-10g glutamine
15-20g essential amino acids
15g BCAA
50g Vitargo
1 tsp Gatorade

PostWorkout
3-5g creatine
3-10g glutamine
40-50g Whey isolate and hydrosylates
50-75g Vitargo
1 tsp Gatorade

i used to make workout shakes similar to those and i always felt like shit while working out and it took a toll on them, switched back to just water and i can keep my intensity, then i go home and pound down simple carbs, protein, bcaa

All kidding aside that looks like shit... this is the problem with a lot of people they take something simple and try to over complicate it.

Nope. Vitargo isn't Nutrex exclusive either...just general supps no brands specified.

Of course "10lbs" depends on your development level, how you eat, train, and rest. Its possible I think.

So much for the Guru Milos....

Glutamine is pretty much worthless unless on an ultra low carb diet. It can be used PW instead of carbs in that instance. Still, use is minimal at best.

Otherwise, pretty much a waste. 90+% of oral glutamine is destroyed upon ingestion.

How is there anything special about this BLEND? We have all known that EAA (more specifically leucine) + whey + carbs pre/post is required for optimal gains. Vitargo, Waxy Maize Starch, Maltodex... its all about the same.

if you want a real secret here it is: UP THE DOSAGE! ;)

Vitargo is brutal on my stomach.  Then trying to digest 100 grams of pure aminos would be brutul.  No wonder those f*cktards were vomitting in Milos video.  Why not just drink some castor oil before lifting.

With 15 grams of creatine I'd be loose 10 pounds of diarrhea in the next 12 hours.
