i would love to, but most on here do not respect my knowledge and experience because i think outside the box and "pulcinella-ize" everything that i do from diet to training. my form does not look like the pictures in bill pearls "keys to the inner universe" therefore they dismiss what i do and label it "wrong". any info i were to impart on here would surely be "pearls before swine"

You're always going to get a bunch of guys that want to have a bit of fun with you but it shouldn't really be an issue unless you take yourself too seriously. Milos has made lots of informative posts on this site even though the threads were sure to be riddled with the massive clownage that this site is famous for. I personally think it spices things up. I honestly don't believe that guys here won't respect your knowledge and experience since you're clearly able to achieve an incredible level of conditioning. They may or may not respect you personally but I seriously doubt you'll lose much sleep over that either. Bottom line is you can do more good than harm helping people out and in the process developing a following, making a name for yourself and eventually maybe even becoming a Squad endorsed athlete (getbig's highest honor).

What's up? Back in the day, do you remember visualizing the next day's workout....the sets, the reps, drop sets?, forced reps? giant sets?, etc. Saturday's were always reserved for LEGS just b/c.

Sorry if I sound a little bit insane but the hardcore ppl will know what I am talking about. Anyway, hope that you are doing well. I am planning on a trip home maybe in June/July. I'll let u know.

excellent points!! i actually find the insults and bashing amusing. i would answer any questions posed to me as i have so far any time ive been asked anything on this board. what they do with the info would be up to them, now wouldnt it?!

i used to start visualizing every set and rep the night before the workout. by the time i actually walked into the gym, i had done the workout a hundred times in my mind. jeez. who has the energy for all that visualization now?!?!? now, i walk into the gym and make the workout up as i go along! lol!!
