do you really think that arnold had a 57 inch chest in his prime?

i always read this in flex mags and also on arnies profile on bodybuilding.com,it states arnold had a 57 inch..so is this true or just those old bodybuilding exaggerations?

I tend to believe it's true. The only thing I believe may be exaggerated a bit is maybe his height.

YES!!!!!! This pic should clear it up........and I think his arms were what he said they were....what the fuck does it matter if they were 20 instead of 21....they definitely were bigger than 19.....

well the 3 body areas that factor into the chest measurement are: lats, rib Cage, and pecs.

Arnold had the big pecs and rib cage, but I dont think that he had the lat size to measure in the 60" range.

That's a bizarre conclusion that one was accurate and not the other. His arms were probably 21-22 pumped.

Whatever his chest was doesn't matter still the best ever chest.

I totally agree. His ribcage, especially, gave him a big advantage!

from 1970 to 1974 in the gym  pumped  they were around 22"

(bigger than big Lou 21")

If Sergio's were 21" at 5'9" tall,Arnold coudn't have less than that.
