Hey all, Just wanted to introduce myself....

Hey all,

I just wanted to introduce myself (not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum).  My name is Ahmed Elattar, I used to post on here a long time ago, and then I got busy moving and getting married etc. 

Anyways, I'm a competitive bodybuilder from Cairo, Egypt (formerly - Washington DC) and this is my website:  www.bigach.com

I've talked to a few of your crazier members like Nav and Adonis in the past LOL  - nice to see things haven't changed.


Its good to be back on here.

Strange though, it lists him as a moderator on another one of the forums!!
