Me 2 man, just cranked an hr leg workout and got in and blazed 1 up while cooking my tea. Thank god its friday!! :)

then hit Lowes for some building stuff for saturday.

playing shows fri and sat night.  one long island iced tea per evening with a turkey club sandwich.

true but i jump around all night (4 sets of 50 minutes) and definitely achieve a calorie deficit.

and they taste really good.   and the feeling of a slight buzz is a good one.

Since I'm not competing any time soon(like most  here).. I'm waiting for the Mrs. to come home...Take a shower together .. Eat a little (in the shower).. Then take her to the bedroom ..turn the stereo up...and do some damage ....

 Then grill up some chicken and steak...Watch t.v. with the family ... About 2 A.M. get ready for round two...
