Actually its something like this:

Its like that old fairy tale from the sea.

12 chipmuncks sitting on a branch, eating lots of sunflowers on my uncles ranch.

Step into my office......

Why?

Because you're fucking fired!

No,,,, noooooo, noooooooooo. nooooooooooooooooo

10 man, not 12 10, 10 chipmunks sitting in a tree,

10 commandments

10!!!!!!!!!

did you tell them it includes taking winstrol, anavar, and clenbuterol.

If you need drugs to get cut abs you have issues or lack of discipline.

do you also give the secrets to your 900 pound Smith machine squats for 10 reps and you're 405 pound Smith machine shoulder presses for 10 in the book as well? ::)

Nice job on the book, you look great. Just a couple of ideas:

*Smile, always smile, it's important, most people will be intimidated by looking mad on the cover. Look happy(people should think you are happy because of the great book...subliminal message and stuff)
*Pick flashier colours for the cover, this will not stand out, maybe something bright red and black for exaple.
*Centre the picture more, i.e. less legs -like from the waist up- and the whole face(smiling of course).

Just a couple ideas, i'd like to read it though.

Peace and goodluck.
D

That is my smile :)

Yeah your points are well taken, if I'm working on having it published by a bigger publishing house (this was self published), which should help with getting the right message across regarding the cover. I designed everything in this book the cover, the layout, exercise schematics, etc. You live and you learn, overall I'm happy with the finished product.

FWIW,

I think the pic is terrible.

Why? Because it doesn't make any sense.

Beach abs? The pic should be of you on a beach then.

Sorry, just calling it like I see it.

Maybe Horton or some other good photographer who hangs on this site could offer their input, but that's my assessment at least.

I'm sure the content will be top class, hope you've used your art skills.

Whats up Hedge,
Yeah the picture could be different for sure, I did think about the beach shot with a girl as well, but didn't go ahead with it because I wasn't in shape for the cover.

Oh brother...actually I don't train like that any more, much lighter, much slower repetition pace.
Even though there is some footage on my DVD where I'm squatting over 1000lbs on the king squat machine, and doing leg extensions with 300-350lbs. I think.

What's not to believe, the king squat is a leverage machine and allows for big weight to be used, even though over 1000 lbs is still quiet strong; and leg extensions with 350 lbs is to expected with squats of that caliber. Besides 17 years of hard all out training has to count for something, its not my fault if you have limited scope.

I'm not sure what you mean, can you clarify?

I've had my fair share of injuries, but so what, I've also accomplish a great deal drug free. Besides wisdom is gained from our errors as well as our triumphs...not to mention that numerous people have acquired injuries yet achieved outstanding things, case in point Dorian Yates.

hahahahaha, i love how these delusional clowns claim these outrageous weights like 1000 pound machine squats, 350lb. leg extensions, 405 pound shoulder presses and then say "i don't really think that's very impressive, if you do you need to braoden your scope" as if everyone in the gym lifts those type of weights, hahahahaha, epic lies, didn't this guy also claim something like 1500 pound one legged leg presses and 270 pound one legged leg curls too? hahahahahahahaaa, what a joke. ;D
