Last August. The giant thermometer on the back wall read 110º. There's a GIANT fan that does a good enough job of circulating hot, stale air. Cobwebs everywhere. I was covered in dirt when I left. Branch was training like a madman.

I remember that day Shawn. I have the footage for all to see -

I train there when I can. I stayed in Texas for a week following the Ronnie Coleman Classic with one purpose in mind - to chew on the Iron there with Branch and his training partner Jay Moore. I threw up more times than I care to share but I cant wait until this coming August to do it all over again.

I've always wanted to train at MetroFlex.....just for a day though. Not a good environment to train anymore with the huge attraction it is now.....seemed much nicer circa 96-97 when you could go in there and be the only one training.
