If you search the general section you can check out teh pics from my office. I am at work right now! Dex has a distended gut when in shape, deal with it. That screws him since he is not a mass monster, and he is famous for his "lines". Well not anymore, since he has no calves,a narrow back, a gut and a A taper. Maybe if Dex made some progress over the last several years people would think differently. I don't know what is funnier, the lame insults you posted, or your man love for Dexter Jackson. The pic you posted of Jay is funny. Now post a typical picture of Jay in the offseason, as he is always just as ripped as Dex and weighs about 80 lbs more. At least Ronnie and Jay have massive size to go along with the waistline. What is Dexters excuse for the little bundle of joy he is carting around?

There is a good chance Dex may get knocked out of the top 5 at the Olympia this year...Other guys are improving while he is staying the same...Plus with Dex being a shorter bodybuilder he needs to come in 110% or else judges will automatically overlook him due to height....

Corimier to my recollection has been ripped off 3 times in the Arnold classic,First when Nasser won looked like a soft piece of shit,Then when Cutler came in at 245 pounds and won by one point, and thirdly your description of him losing to Dex.

Cutler's win by far was the biggest gift over Chris ever. I mean just look at the pics.

20 years!  Give him some respect.  And if you haven't seen him
at the olympia he is the dryest bodybuilder ever.  Very few guys last even

Andreas Munzer was always the driest guy too and had no glaring weak parts (Dex has quite a few) yet never won shows like Dexter has despite being a better poser also. Dex is overrated and has likely gone down on a few judges...

I was a big fan of Dex, but he has not made any progress in the last 2 years. He needs to come in ultra ultra ripped, thats the only way he can win shows, he can't play the size game. He needs to use what got him to the mr o, and thats coming in freaky ripped.

 the [problem is dexter never really changes.. he does not get much bigger.. no wow factor at all..  he looks the same day in and day out.. the only time i saw him change was the australia show and he looked much fuller.. but, the next time i saw hime.. the same old dexter.. he will always place well.. but, i do see the placings dropping.. many of the other guys are improving show to show..

thats because of trying to keep symetry and proportion,,could easy get to 240lb on stage but will lose symetry and balance,,
and by the way,, this is not 20% this is 7% very slight layer of fat mainly water on top of the muscle

like mattt said shredded cut to the bone dry and crispy even if come ~220lb will put dexter top 3,,and always top 3-4,,,but top 3 is not 1 and 1 is what he look for thats why trying to come ~ 230lb so he can win the damn thing becauase our lovely judges like beasts even if they are short ones
