All that kid had to do was slightly increase his calories and do this routine:monday: deads, pullups and bicep curlstuesday: abs and cardiowednesday: flat benches, shoulder presses and overhead tricep extensionsthursday: abs and cardiofriday: squats, stiff legged deads and calf raisessaturday: cardiosunday: restInstead, he followed FLEX's advice, overtrained, gained a bunch of fat and is no better than where he started, cuz he's gonna lose any mas he gained getting rid of all that fat.
