My gym is empty in the morning and filled with jean short wearing 20 something punks in the evening. Well, and the 10 dudes who are on gear are there from 5 to 9 pm it seems. :-\

I train at midday at a college gym. Typically the lunch break when the fat academics who spent 20 or so years hunched over their books remember they gotta think about their health too... and when the frat boys awaken in a hung-over stupor from their keg parties and decide to do their 4th bench workout of the week.

On a serious note, Stavios, do you feel you are overtraining at all? How long do these workouts last? And how do you make time for both of these, plus cardio, plus eating, in addition to work, school, etc?

the first week it was hard to adapt, this week it was too easy !!


in the morning I train a big muscle, it takes me about an hour.
PM, I train a small muscle, it takes me about 30-40 minutes

I don't feel like I am overtraining at all, in fact, I never felt this good.
of course, I started a cycle last week wich I don't think is "massive" as nycbull  suggested.

1 CC of test 400 a week
1 CC of Deca 300 a week
1 d-bol 25 mg a day

Nuge: Yes, I'll be there the whole day !  :D

Thats a medium size cycle, but its the 25mg of d-bol thats getting you through those workouts. Without that you would be overtraining. I think it is best not to train more than 45 minutes a day. Dont you start to break down after that?

d-bol is great, is it true that you keep more of the gains on d-bol than on injectables. I think its true. I think orals are the only way to break genetic barriers and muscle shapes, and actually keep a good amount of the gains.

Dianabol gains, are generally considered temporary, don't give up your day job.
