I train at midday at a college gym. Typically the lunch break when the fat academics who spent 20 or so years hunched over their books remember they gotta think about their health too... and when the frat boys awaken in a hung-over stupor from their keg parties and decide to do their 4th bench workout of the week.
On a serious note, Stavios, do you feel you are overtraining at all? How long do these workouts last? And how do you make time for both of these, plus cardio, plus eating, in addition to work, school, etc?
