Yeah, I have considered that, I know a guy who taught himself and he said the same thing.

I can also get the sushi tuna and ingredients for free because I work at a catering business... so maybe I should really look into this.

Yes!!!! Also Brazilian barbecue, had one of those on a trip to Guyana a couple of years back and they would just be constantly walking around the tables with skewers packed with chunks of steak, carving it on your plate!!! Half of it wasn't even cooked but hey

We use to have a Flemmings as well, and to someone who said Sizzlers, we have that over here too. I've been there and for the price it's quite good.

They have those places here in Dallas (and in a couple other towns, Houston too I think) - called Fogo de Chao. The other knock off is Texas de Brazil. They give you a red/green card that you flip over to green and waiters come over to slice off cuts of all different kinds of meat, they don't stop until you turn your card back to red. Awesome idea - plus you don't actually have to talk to the help!

i went to pf changs in sacramento for the first time about month ago with the g/f.. really awesome food. i had a dish which had chicken and peanuts and it was a little bit spicy. fucking bomb food.

my personal favorite restaurant is not any specific chain...just any chinese buffet. pile on those spicy chicken and beef dinners.
