Diet was in check. 5-6 meals, lots of good carbs, oatmeal, brown rice, yellow/red potatoes, maybe a need for bit more protien, try to get red meat in or chicken breasts a day and some whey protein after a work out, plus a can of tuna. Today diet sucked, was on the road the whole day, brought clean food, just not enough.

I cut the dbol all together today. Half life was so short I figured tappering wouldn't make a difference.
