As I promised, I will upload my pic.12 weeksout. Only 1 kg lighter,there is not that much difference still in photo. But surely changing....Now 86kg.
The guy took various pic but he took it when i was not flexing completely and i didnt like it at all. So I will upload this saturday also.
BTW Today is my birthday I am 38 yrs old...2 years left to be a masters? unbelievable... :-\
