But 2 years ago, we live split lives due to her mental ilness. I had very hard time in everything and even comitted suicide twice. But hey, Life is going on...just keep on going and going.. And I am here mentaly strong again!
If you want to keep on dieting hard long time,Its easy. Say to everybody that you are dieting and preparing for something. So you create the situation that you cant hide any place. Thats why i created this thread. Not only this thread,many people know that i am preparing. So I am really scare for dissapointment and i wanted to give a hope for natural BBers without good genetic and they can be reach this level also.
That will be a good motivation to keep on. Everybody can do it. Because lazy person like me is doing now..

11 weeks to go. Yesterday i didnt do cardio at all due to super fatigue. Being natural is complicated. I wish i had strong resistent body like juicers.. But This is my challenge. Maybe i cant be real shredded this time like some people say,but i try to. In autamn there is another show so,iliminating all the fat i got in this 12 years in this ocasion is very important anyway.
Now my job has new move also and the situation is getting tough, so I need spiritual support of all you get bigers seriously. Thanx.
Now 85kg. I have plan to be 78kg and go up 79kg on stage.I hope...
