Oh yes, i would tell everyone, especially if i knew them...i pulled a 3X sticker tag off a gals tight sweatshirt at the gym one time...i think she appreciated it.

To answer Flower's zipper question, yes again if i knew them for sure and i'd probably make some joke asking if they were trying to get some light down there to make it grow .

I'm bad...I usually don't tell people unless it's my husband or a family member.  I try to pretend like I don't see it.   
But OF COURSE I get pissed when I find out about myself and no one told me!

I always tell them if their zipper is down.  You can say "XYZPDQ" and laugh about it, but saying "you have a booger hanging out of your nose" is a little more awkward, I guess.

When I go out to eat with friends or family I like to tell someone they have food on their cheek when they really don't.then they wipe and ask if they got it and I tell them "no you just moved it over a little",and then I see how long I can keep messin with them.

So i talked to her for like 10 minutes in a pool. Then i go back to my friends and one of them says: "dude you have a massive booger hanging there". Quite embarrassing.
Like the next day, i see her again, i talk to her for a minute and she says: you have some green stuff between your teeth.
 

Needless to say, i did not hit it.

I ordinarily look the other way when someone looks daft, so the worst thing I've ever seen was a cutie in the corner shop buying cornflakes at 8:30am.  He had a white mark on his big lips and another on his silly cheekbone.  I must admit that I had to say something.
