GH15, do you believe this clown is natural?

This guy claims to be totally natural at a weight of 224 lbs and single digit bodyfat. He goes on to claim that his physique is a result of HIT training and nutrition and that he doesn't use any gear.

He also claims he can bench 450 for reps :o

Now from what I've been reading in your post, you claim (and I believe) that the maximum for a natural white guy is around 200 lbs single digit bodyfat, with Africans and Italians maximum natural stats being only slightly bigger.


Whats your opinion of this guy? Do you think he is Full of shhit?

If he's 225 he's not natural.  I think he looks less than 225 though. In that case could be natural.

Agreed no way does that guy hit 450, not for reps and not even 1x, or even a half rep.

that is Marcus from Mentzer's training videos..

that bicep training sequence was the funniest part..check it out if you get a chance..he looked a lot different then

I wonder if he still does HIT training?

He had gyno surgery due to steroid usage. Not a natural. He even admitted it on the "natty" board.

He is in really good condition, it hurts a lot to get to that condition.

I don't see why he couldn't bench 450? Everyone has different strength levels, when i was younger i did some big lifts on deads and squats which i would never post here because i'd be called a liar but i look better now and don't try and lift those weights anymore. Some people are stronger than others.

There are some impressive natural physiques out there, gh15 is always bang on the money but when it comes to someone being natural he can't believe it and they have to be using because he sells to everyone so everyone must be using. I have seen guys i know are clean and he would say they are on all kinds of stuff, so his opinion on this guy is going to be he is juicing whether he is or not.

judging from his pics he was quite the heavy juicer in the 90s.

He shouldn't call himself natural, he's clean at best.
