My friend just took some "after" pics today. Thought I'd share them with you guys for some inspiration! The pics are about a year apart.

Alot of lighter weights, high reps, cario and a clean diet. Just alot of hard work!

Nope, His wife is a personal trainer and finally got him to get off his butt!! She did his workout and his diet!

very nice work...just guessing, but I'd say he dropped around 10-12% BF...maybe from 20ish to around 8% BF..always nice to see smart, hard work pay off

He went from 276 down to 206!!! Not sure what his bodyfat was but I'm betting its in the single digits now or very close to it!

not to compare and boast but here is my friend. he is called gerard mcmanus and he won the uk 2006 body for life challenge.

these pics are 12 weeks apart. he is trained by my very good friend Paul McIlroy who also designs my training routines.
