Alot of lighter weights, high reps, cario and a clean diet. Just alot of hard work!

very nice work...just guessing, but I'd say he dropped around 10-12% BF...maybe from 20ish to around 8% BF..always nice to see smart, hard work pay off
He went from 276 down to 206!!! Not sure what his bodyfat was but I'm betting its in the single digits now or very close to it!

Nope, His wife is a personal trainer and finally got him to get off his butt!! She did his workout and his diet!
