i've seen your training journal on the other board which includes a massive 355 for sets of 3 on the squat, care to retract your statement?
listen dave (by the way, who gave you access to the harley account? i remember who started it, and it wasn't you...), if you want to start rolling again down that path, we can do that. all i'm saying is that a 900 pound squat does not mean he puts more pure physical exertion into his workouts than others. i then pointed out that this may not be a BAD thing because he's obviously progressed incredibly far.
familiar with a fella named nick winters? he used to say over on another board it was funny how his training sessions are half as long as other guys and he never "kills" himself in the gym, if i remember the guy goes 45 minutes per workout or so. he trains exactly how his body needs to train in order to get better, instead of throwing everything but the kitchen sink into his workouts in the hopes that it'll work.
i train arguably less hard than when i was 170 and doing "bodybuilding" training, where all my workouts were modeled after platz's idea of going until you puke or pass out. and yet, hey surprise, i'm progressing more.
by the way, are we ever going to see proof of your 545 for reps squat?
