Funnily enough, I also trained with an indy promotion some years back.
During that time I drastically cut down on my direct leg work simply because the trainers had us doing ass-loads of Hindu Squats almost every session several times per week. Due to frequency and the way it was spaced out, there never seemed to be a “good” time to train legs.
Consider things like frequency of ring training, your own recovery time, etc.
I would really play this one by ear.
