I agree with webcke and chaos, they feel weird and it seems like an exercise you could easily hurt yourself doing.  I think I actually did tweak my neck or back doing them a long time ago.

Since this thread has gone off in the negative direction...I'll bring it back & give a serious answer.  ;)

I use between 75-150 pounds for upright rows. I know it's not a lot but when I train shoulders/back I tend to use a 15-30 rep range. I've also found that over 150 pounds causes my form to stray too much (a little rockin ').

you use steroids, so as far as I'm concerned you are a cheater, someone who doesn't have the balls to do it naturally and has to take drugs, you ARE all drugs bro, and I bet I still look better than you, eventhough I have never taken roids and have only been doing it for 7 months
