dude i already told you you are right, i dont take steroids. never have never will.  i like to learn about them because it interests me. i dont want any attention however.

Ok for ONE more serious answer to this thread

If im going for higher reps ( 10-12 ) I use about 90-110

For lower reps 4-6 i use 135-155

lol... trust me..once you hit a certain weight..it's impossible to not use SOME body english. Just gotta minimize it as much as possible. 185 to your chin is a big bastard.

A high pull is an OL variant.  A wide grip upright row is simply that.  It places emphasis on the medial deltod versus a trap emphasis on the narrow grip upright row.
