If you are using a grip wider than shoulder width, it's called a hi pull.Upright rows are a narrow grip exercise.I do upright rows with my hands about 12-14" apart, i do sets of 15 with 155 at the most, as i value my shoulders these days.I've seen a man do legit 225 upright rows for 15 reps at my gym.
