If you are not physically ill, then you just need a break. I took 6 months off from lifting after I graduated college because there was just too much changing going on. When I started up again it felt like opening presents at Christmas
As Chaos mentioned, all the other stresses in life add up, and can burn you out. When I started a business years ago, I couldn't get motivated to go for a walk, let alone actually work out. Eventually I got things back to normal and was motivated again.
BTW, where exactly do you live? Sounds like South America. That is one region I have always wanted to visit. Patagonia is high on the list.
