If you don't mind..........why you going to the doc? Let him know how you are feeling and see if he can find something wrong with you.

Not crazy, but maybe a little off kilter. ;)

Are you working alot? The old lady giving you some extra shit lately? Could just be some stress has you a little worn out.

Just get up and go in to the gym, don't make excuses, quit being lazy.

I think the conclusion was the Benoit lost his marbles, snapped due to brain damage.

I was thinking maybe the ash and thick air would make it tough to work out. :-X

Just abandon it for another 2 weeks - be really lazy... eat shit... after some time you'll be itching to strike again.
Maybe start a new routine.

How many cigs a day?

Benz,

If you are not physically ill, then you just need a break. I took 6 months off from lifting after I graduated college because there was just too much changing going on. When I started up again it felt like opening presents at Christmas :)

As Chaos mentioned, all the other stresses in life add up, and can burn you out. When I started a business years ago, I couldn't get motivated to go for a walk, let alone actually work out. Eventually I got things back to normal and was motivated again.

BTW, where exactly do you live? Sounds like South America. That is one region I have always wanted to visit. Patagonia is high on the list.

I felt the same way afew weeks ago. For me it was eating to much junk food. I got back into the chic. and potatoes and felt great. Motivation was there, lifts were strong. best of luck to you
