Tell me about it getting drunk and no sleep the night before legs does not = a good leg workout.

If thats a problem for you, then you will never hit legs again....

60 minutes HIIT cardio,.........all HIIT,....  pooped    in the am

50 minutes cardio in the pm-----bike and elliptical

incline press-bench set at 45.2223 degrees where studies show it's most effective
flyes-12 second positive, 15 second negative

miltary press-feet approx. 7 and 4/10 inches apart. Studies show this optimal placement
machine shoulder press-done at 230 VO5 ossilation
lateral-done at 122 bpm

worked 13 hour shift...sweat off 6lbs working the fryolator. No cardio.
