Cool thanks for the replies. A buddy told me that its best to cook them. I just wanted to hear everyone's views on this. What about absorption? I heard that cooked eggs are digested slower and therefore have better absorption, or is this just a bunch of crap? I really like being able to buy a pint of liquid egg whites ( 50 grams protein ) for $1.69 at Kroger. I will have to check out what SAMs has next time I am there.
