I think there are alot of guys on here that just like to lift and don't really focus much on diet, but you really seem to really have a passion for it...you are one of a handful of guys on here who keep that kind of condition all the time PLUS you have said you want to get on stage. The guy obviously loves getting his body dialed up into ripped shape....unlike guys like you and and me who just like to lift and could care less about getting into that sort of form.

Easy Rosemary, nothing wrong with it; but narrow boy obviously doesn't have that much of a frame to expand the filling... still good physique but of the late, sub pars have been hyped on here, natural order should be restored...
