821 squat, 606 bench, 793 deadlift. The deadlift was done with no belt! This guy is damn strong for a bodybuilder and it's too bad he is'nt competing against Ben White and Johnny Jackson. The meet was at Supertraining gym in Sacramento.

Yes. Insanely strong. He pulled his glute on his second squat, so he probably will push this number higher next time he competes. A

The world RAW record is still held by Don Reinhoudt at 2250. Stan was a little short at 2221, but when he learns a better squat technique he will crush that.

Jon Cole has the all-time record at 2250, not Don. Stan's 2nd squat was too high on his traps and it pitched him forward too much and he tweaked his hamstring. His 2nd attempt was with 850-something, if he'd hit that he would have the record.

Maybe Johnnie jackson and Ben White are competing for the silver medal?

I'm betting neither of them accept stan's challenge next year. The only Q is, can he get into bodybuilding shape and enter a show? And when he does, will he lose a lot of this strength? No doubt he'd crush them today, but they both did a show a few weeks back.

My guess from seeing him yesterday is he's pushing low-double digit/high single-digit shape. Was behind him for his deads and on his right side for his squats, hamstring separation was crazy.

Ya, I was at ST gym a couple months ago when Stan first started training there. it was a couple months after he picked up his pro card and he looked mid single digits then. I am sure the teams wonderful nutritional habits are rubbing off on him a bit.

Stan is probably stronger on contest day then many pros are offseason. He is just strong as fuck, no two ways around that.

Raw is impressive but fuck all this raw zealot shit. If I never do another raw squat/bench it will be to soon.
