If he were correctly placed on a regular basis, perhaps the most gifted bodybuilder in IFBB would get his lazy shit together and do everything perfect for not only 1 month, or 3 months, but for 12 months or 18 months.

That is what most of us who train serious do.

To just train isn't gonna cut it.

Lee looked incredible as well. The judges in the bigger contests needs to wake up. Lee, if entering, should be in the running for a top 4 placing at the Mr Olympia, if the IFBB is gonna act out their new rules.

But I doubt they will. They are gonna give the Sandow to Anaconda, so they can have a 10-time winner. It has a nice ring to it.

Yeah, but he has also been shafted when he deserves to win. Even though it was super close in both shows, Cormier should have won the ASC this year and last. Also, he should have won the O in 99.

Cormier is a great competitor...BUT.... Lee won because the judges were objective and placed our own GETBIG Aussie where he should be and where he should have been all along. If judges would get over the height factor, we'd see alot of the shorter guys coming in higher.

I agree...If Lee had the same body type at 6 foot, i really think he would already have a lot of trophies...The guy its a freak and is a mass monster, despite the height factor

I agree. Also I would have thought that with Cormier's history in the show he would have been just as much of a favourite as Lee, so if Lee kills him - which he did - then it's fair and square.

P.S. I know arms aren't everything but it says a lot when Cormier's arms are made to look small by Lee's.

--I seen one pic from Austrailia , and lee looked phenomenal!! Im the biggest Cormier fan, but i think Lee won this battle.

people say corimer gets screwed alot ( i think hes over rated) but hes been given alot of gifts becuase of his name too. ive seen him place ahead of alot of other pros in contests when he was smooth and flat.

Last year he didn't deserve the ASC. ~~Raphael~~ Dexter did. Looked incredible.

Mr O 99 however, I totally agree. Cormier looks to have been the best man that night, and looking at the contest on video, it appears as a he won decisively. Not easily, but it looked to be an easy call.

Unfortunately BB has to judge height too. It's just how it is. You can't get around it.

Genetics give Ronnie a gut, and Lee his height and Jay his blocky waist. ALL factors must be considered - although no doubt if Lee was 6'0 he would be winning far more.

True. He only ever had one bad show and it was the '03 Olympia. He ate a two boxes of glazed donuts before the show then went on to kill it at the '04 Ironman.

All though I like Cormiers structure way better, it could have gone either way. When Lee gets ripped he gets RIPPED.

He had homecourt advantage...it makes a difference when your the best bodybuilder to ever come out of Australia. Its differen't than the the states. Don't ask me why...it just is.

Lee shouldn't have anything taken away from him on this win. He won thats what matters. He shouldn't have to defend himself for what the judges thought.

I still don't know how Cormier managed to beat out Lee at the Arnold. Priest looked fantastic there as well...Cormier faded big time at the night show.
