I am in a quandry in my gym atm
The gym has 80-85lb db's then they jump up to these huge thick handled 105-110 dbs. Cleaning them is a nightmare.
Nothing inbetween. I am thinking If i start off on DB's doing multiple sets of 3-5 to build up my strength on them so I can work up to sets of 8ish and do my standinng shoulder pressing later in the workout as I seem to be neglecting DB work and only focusing on BB work.
Thoughts?
