Probably went back for another loading at the buffet, not wanna risk getting carb depleted.

food may have fallen on the keyboard and since his fingers are to thick to reach in the cracks he just ate the whole thing.
sad really :-\

Its not bullshit.  I saw him do it.  And with a Samoan's dick in his mouth at the time.  I'm not sure if the Samoan knew what was happening though, he was on the phone.

Done a set of 5 with 233lbs today standing - slight jerk with legs though. This was after 2 sets of 222x5

That was a good lift.  Like you said, a little leg push, but still damn good.

press behind the neck is a similar exercise and in my opinion harder, i could do a press with 255 at around 175 lbs but only 225 pbn. when i first started lifting i used to do kneeling presses with 225 but without a samoan dick in my mouth never utilized that weider principle.....

If you look at the records in the Olympics, a 255 military at 175lbs would have put you in the top ten or so in the world.  Congrats.

http://ditillo2.blogspot.com/2008/12/how-champions-train-for-press-charles.html - very decent old article on pressing.

And a side shot of Patera, because, well, it's awesome-

.

Nice press, Goudy.

Very impressive.  Perfect range of motion.  It would of been even better if you cleaned the weight first and didn't use a little leg push.  I will say it again though, very impressive. Most here could use you as an example of what a full range of motion means.

The military press was dropped from the olympics because it was so difficult to judge. Lean back and you're doing a standing incline press. The military press is such a great exercise especially when done from the floor.  How many 500lbs deadlifteres can't clean 225lbs. to do a press?

tbh I'd say very few. If you can dead 500 you can prob easily clean 225. Yes The press was a great lift - I like watching old videos on youtube.

Ha, everyone laughs at the gay-ness of that clip:). The shoes are old school Olympic Lifting shoes. Before modern lifting shoes, they basically took a dress shoe or work boot and built up the heel and added a crepe bottom.
