Done a set of 5 with 233lbs today standing - slight jerk with legs though. This was after 2 sets of 222x5
That was a good lift. Like you said, a little leg push, but still damn good.
press behind the neck is a similar exercise and in my opinion harder, i could do a press with 255 at around 175 lbs but only 225 pbn. when i first started lifting i used to do kneeling presses with 225 but without a samoan dick in my mouth never utilized that weider principle.....
Damn it,now I gotta see how much I lift when I do shoulders next week

The military press was dropped from the olympics because it was so difficult to judge. Lean back and you're doing a standing incline press. The military press is such a great exercise especially when done from the floor. How many 500lbs deadlifteres can't clean 225lbs. to do a press?
That and when Tbong said i didn't look big and strong and then he claimed he sould rep the 110's on shoulder presses .........LMFAO!
