Well, last night I had a great night at the gym! Quad night. Started with superset of extensions and lunges. Moved on to BB Squats - 12 rep sets: 65lbsm 85lbs, 95lbs, 115lbs and finished with 2 sets of 12 @ 135lb. Then onto the leg press -12 rep sets: 135lbs, 225lbs, 315lbs, 405lbs and finished with 495lbs for 6 reps! Then 86 continuous single leg extensions. Closed my quad night with the stairmaster...I couldn't walk after, lol, but it felt fricken great!
