Jay was a freak...I remember reading when Paul Demayo saw Jay working out he said that he will never make it to the pro ranks or be a successful bodybuilder....nowadays Demayo is couple feet under the ground while Jay enjoys his career with his 3 sandows.pretty ironic huh?

are you saying that Jay's long term health has not been (or will not be) adversely affected by the bodybuilding drugs he's been taking practically all of his adult life?
considering the millions that are using them and have since the 60's; and not many are dropping dead - he probably won't die any time soon. he may not make it to 90, but there are a thousand smokers that will die early for every steroid user.i talked to a pro from the late 60's and 70's and he did full bottles of test and dbol every day!!! he is developing health problems now at nearly 70 years old. (noworries can confirm his age). so i guess he woulda lived to 150-160 if he never used it.
