With all of the shit that seems to go on these days I don't see how people trust their kids with scoutmasters and priests.

Would you let your kid join the scouts or church and let them be alone with some sketchy male adult?

Boyscouts hell no. Church, only if i knew everyone there including the Priests. I went to catholic school and actually was an altar boy for 3 years. All the preists were normal and overall it wasn't a bad experience. Then I found out like 10 years later that two of the Preists from my old church are in federal prison now. One for child porn and one for embezzling 20 million from the parish. Just goes to show you that you never know.

my grandkids scout leader is their mother. so no probs. sunday school has been no problem when they have gone.
these orgs being a requiem for homos, homo-pedos, is not new news. its been going on in the case of the catholic church since the 30's 40's
at least. much older than that there are prolly no victims left alive now is why i don't say 20 AD or sum shit

I lived in Michigan for 3 years...and was raised in a "strict catholic" family.
The Rev. that ran the parish we belonged to is now "no longer with us". Turned out this guy embezzled $500,000 from the church.
The same Rev. would come over to my grandparent's house and finish a bottle of Christian Brothers brandy (no pun intended) with my grandpa and later would drive fucking hammered across town back to the church. Actually, I knew a few priests that were pretty hard core boozers.

I was an altar boy once a month. One time I overhead the Rev. and another priest having a heated conversation using the same colorful language you would hear from the guests in an episode of Jerry Springer...regarding money.

I was an altar boy during a funeral mass once and the presiding Rev. said...and I quote loosley "This guy should've been dead a long time ago. Can't believe I'm missing my tee time for this shit." ...before the mass in the back room of the church.

I'm not saying all priests are bad. Probably the general majority are well to do servants of the church. But a lot of them hide behind their lies and deceit behind their bald heads and black robes. It's all a fucking sham. You can't tell which ones are the good ones.

Churches primarily.

Read someone a fairy tale enough, they'll believe it eventually.

I just pray to Santa instead. At least you get gifts every year from him.
