Hey PJim, It's true that most people overtrain, but do you really think that they would come back bigger and stronger after 1 whole month off? In my own personal experience, I start to lose size and strength after roughly 3 weeks of no training, and I can only maintain my size and strength after 2 weeks of no training. And also, if I go 2 weeks without training my strength NEVER increases or improves, it just stays static. No losses, but no improvements either.
