here's the deal...toby:  there are people on here like parker, mattc, unsung, boycubpiglet and others who are interested in message board debates.  i'm the wrong guy. i'll continue to post absolute BS unless the subject matter is important to me like Vic's after party in Spanish Harlem, old catholic district stories with Howard White, and some other stuff.  Really...i dont care who wins the O or if kai has a grapefruit fetish or he pays Oscar too much...just going with the flow of the threads.  Get it.

Jay looked like a cartoon character last year and now Kai is looking like one. His arms and shoulders are as big as I have seen on a human. Mr Olympia favourite now.

Jay has superior calfs and lot more density, but Kai should be tough. i still think Ronnie Rockell will be the darkhorse and make the top 5 at least , if not top 3. Oh and don't count Dexter out just yet.

If SEO's are used correctly then they will not blur definition much at all.  I have used a SEO/gear pre mix in my biceps and it has made them more vascular with a better peak (not lean enough for the split to show but it will be there when I am).

Kai is looking full and huge in those pic's, obviously taken after a couple of days insulin binging - if that gut isn't in check by show time he's in trouble.

Ironic how Shaw surived Katrina by being on the west bank compared to a lot of the east bank New Orleans schools ?
Bums me out to think about it. One of the best memories I have is when we won both the Catholic district and  Liberty bank track meets, in 1997 while I was coaching track at Shaw. Great group of young men. I wll never forget them.
Some of the real highlights were :
1. Nary Silve a 5'8"kid , high jumping 6'8" . We worked hard to do that.
2. Taran Harang triple jumping 50 ft
3. Kevin D going for 3 wins in district and doing it ( half, mile and a 9:40  ,2 mile same meet)
4. Derrick Joseph hiiting a 10.3 in the 100m. in state

EXACTLY..............the incorrect perception is that SEO use is Always easy to spot............that anyone who uses SEO will have lumpy, blurred, deformed, out-of-proportion muscles..........not true at all

people think you have to have earnie taylors triceps for synthol to be used................when in fact, almost all pros use synthol all the time to bring up lagging or desired bodyparts

Any type of training that causes an above average influx of blood to the muscle is ideal for one using SEO's.  I used triple drop sets working to failure on each drop and often extending the sets to 100 reppers.  Th massive pump and capillary expansion helps stretch the fascia and distribute the oil and to some extent the contents evenly. 

I had a couple of lumps on each bicep, not big enough to be seen, but you could feel them, for a few weeks post SEO use from the repeated injections.  How on earth the likes of ET and Valentino put up with the uncomfortable feeling on large site injections is beyond me!

The guy is horrible for the sport, but holy shit......Look at the seperation and detail and he hasn't depleted/ carbed or manipulated water yet.  After this Olympia, someone needs to find some old pics to put together some side by side comparisons.  I really do believe he was clean early in his pro career.
