It's very kind and would be appreciated .. there's nothing that makes someone feel better at a time like this .. but it's nice when you get to see and meet people that your loved one has known and made an impression on somehow .. he was a very good man and will be missed here greatly and his family will like knowing how much he was liked and how much we all enjoyed his company.
Not exactly sure, but it was somewhere around 50-53.
I honestly have no idea about Keith's mental health. He sounded like his old self and we had a few laughs at Goodrum. He said he hadn't been on the internet for a while which surprised me. I had to tell him stuff and told him to get back on and post. His birthday was Dec 30 so it sounds like he went home for Christmas and New Years and spent time with his kids and grand children. He talked about how well his coffee label was doing and that they had recently changed the label but the demand was good. He also said he sorted the T-shirt deal with Travis by sending him things so Travis could make his own T-shirts with. I was pleased he did that. I asked him about his health and he sounded well. His leg hadn't given him any trouble for some time. It seemed that every time he got ready to commit to training he would get a setback and end up in hospital. That happened last year when he suffered pneumonia or something. A couple of years ago I was seriously thinking about bringing him to Australia to help promote my gym. He gave me some good marketing advice. It was around the time I discovered that he was really heavy so didn't think he would suit being in a gym selling memberships. He was close to Pete Grymkowski and told me stories about how generous Pete was. Well, something happened about a year or so ago and Pete pulled the plug on a lot of people according to Keith. He explained a bit about that. I asked because it is always sad when we part ways with long time friends. Pete is mentioned in several of Keith's stories. He made a lot of money when he sold Golds Gym but then apparently he lost a lot of money. This is what Keith told me. I really have no idea about Mr Grymkowski. I presumed Pete was going to back the Las Vegas supergym that Keith was organizing. We will have to wait until Stuntmovie posts about Keith to find out more.
He will be missed. But he stills gets over on beefyheavyweight about that $100.
A final Owning that will never be topped.
Ironically Vince even in your eulogy for onlyme (Keith) you are still throwing in Goodrum jokes. Im pretty sure that is how onlyme would have wanted it
I know he was lambasted here, but I got word that Keith passed away today in his home. His family said he died of "natural causes." Please no flames. http://www.keithdjones.com/

If this is real then it is a God damn shame.... I know i gave Keith alot of shit in my day but he was really one of my favorite posters. One of the main reasons i came to this board. Getbig won't be the same with his posts. He always used to make me laugh
