Actually in that pic that I posted earlier in this thread showing my abs ( something you've never seen on your own body). I was about 195 @ 5'8" with less than 10 percent bf........Thats pretty above avg if u ask anyone, ask them the same about being 260lbs of fat and water and I doubt you'd get the same response.

In this pic I was just under 190 (188 lbs to be exact) and am 5'9.5" in height, and I'd guess 9% bodyfat although I never measured.  I should look smaller than Flex's 195 lbs @ 5'8" and same bodyfat, but maybe his pic is a bit too blurry so doesn't do him justice

5'8" 195 is bigger than Zane when he won the O, by 10 or 15 lbs adjusting for height.  It is a serious musclemania level physique

I was actually just trying to compare stats with pictures because some people were doubting Flexington's claim of 195 lbs at 5'8" and sub 10% bf, so I figured me posting that picture would prove Flex right since his picture does look bigger as his stats would suggest too!
