no none of the 3 fellas look good ,,they look BIG for their height as in blow up from within with insulin and hgh,,but nothign there is solid ,,lots of weight loss inorder to get on stage,,this is the look mishko created and ruined bodybuild with ,,you younger fellas mistaken quality with size! ! ! !
this is modern bodybuild ,,but take any picture of labrada or zane at 180lb and they wipe floor with all 3
you have to blow up to compete with today top but! it doesnt mean quality! remember this,,you then lose inorder to compete quite a bit of weight,,the reason you see abdominal show and you think bodyfat is low is because the fat is witheld from within the muscle,,it is diff approach than 80s and 70s and 60s and its approach that RUINED BODYBUILDING,,
size is only good if it is quality ,,what you see in the pictures is exactly what philip heath is...beef cake blown up from within! diff is namat has foundation ...philip heath has none
