I also look fat in work clothes. Once I tuck it in its fine looking though the second I move and it becomes looser looks daft. Meh!
yeah, I hate it when that happens. That's pretty much as soon as I move...shirt creeps out and becomes un tucked making you look like a slob. The crazy thing is the people at my job. I'm an exec (I.T Director) so the other execs and my ceo and founder are always tugging at me like i'm some fucking live toy freak show asking me the standard "how much you lift (bench)" "I bet you can kick my ass" talk.
Makes you feel like a freak sometimes (semi insecure) lol when all i'm trying to do is maintain. I understand the hand I was dealt in life and if I don't stay working out my ass will get FAT(those am. football/sprinter genes passed down from mom). Looks awesome but I MUST stay working out or I can go downhill fast packing on tremendous water FAST if I don't stay on my sh*t.
I tell people my weight and they can't believe it at times (but they don't understand the mass vs fat thing) I can hit 237 - 240 at 5'11 and look to them the same as I did at 215. To me I notice that shit (at home) and know it's all water and some BF gain. Going down to 175 - 180 is not an option for me. I'd die at that weight. LOL
It's incredible how the body matures man and let's you know it needs to operate at a specific range in order for it to be at it's best. I notice even in HS at 200+ I had more energy and stamina while playing football and running track in college vs staying under where I felt weak and tired all the time (was ripped to the bone, but weak as fuck)
oh well...just me talking here........keep lifting bruh's.
