1 footlong grilled chicken sub from subway on wheat bread with nothing but some ketchup

(Pre/during work out) 1 scoop NO-Xplode

Post work out:
2 scoops whey protein
1 teaspoon creatine monohydrate
1 bottle of Gatorade

1 grilled chicken breast
2 cups wite rice
1 glass of V8 Fusion Juice

2 scoops whey protein with skimmed milk
How the FUCK do you get so fat eating that every day? :D

bacon sandwich.

melted a ton of cheese in the microwave and dipped bread in it.

2 thin cut sirloin steaks lightly coated in massaman curry paste with fried rice.

I ate once. I chopped a red onion, minced some garlic, some pepperoncinos and diced around 12 oz of pork tenderloin. Threw some olive oil and stirfried everything toghether and at the end poured some red wine and let it simmer a little ... I served it with a bottle of dry pinot noir.

After which a 21 yo waitress I called over blew me under the table .. it was delicious.

pork loins with pack of quick cook rice before training legs and bi's at gym.

and just sipping on a shake with 50 g whey and half a carton egg whites now.

I slept in until 10, so I under ate today. I eat a whole grapefruit daily now for the last few years and love strong coffee - I use espresso beans and grind them.  :D
