protein pancakes, pork biriyani, half a gallon+ of ice cream (1.75 qt tillamook coffee almond fudge, about 2/3 qt tillamook chocolate peanut butter)... noticed lateral triceps striations like never before after that ;D

once every couple of weeks binge... actually i barely get the urge to do them at all anymore.  the only reason i ate the half-gallon+ this time was cause my friend thought i couldn't do it ::)

Less then the day before because I had regained about 5 lbs. so I cut back on my intake. My goal is to be a lean and mean old man. I got the mean part down pat but the lean part is a challenge.  ;D
