Mexican breakfast dish.

Basically just cut up tortillas and fry them, Kind of of like a tortilla chip.

Add some home made fresh red or green salsa, i prefer green chili salsa.

You can add pulled chicken or eggs any style.

Top with crema, cheese, onions and avocado.

I like it with over easy eggs and a side of refried beans.

Most of that food builds ZERO muscle tissue and your weight will go up due to water/bloat not actual muscle gain ,then your edema comes back....nice tradeoff.

Gaining 10 pounds of water weight is not an accomplishment.

You haven't gained a single pound of muscle since you started posting here. In fact, i'd bet you have lost a few pounds of actual muscle.

You are retarded chicken doesn't build muscle? I am holding no water at all in my ankles right now thin as can be and all cut up. The edema was not hormonal or dietary it was actually from squatting and only in my calves and ankles. Also even so called empty carbs are protein sparring all food helps build muscle

I am also a wrestler I can cut a massive amount of weight very quickly, but I can't maintain that lower weight the body bounces back some but yes if you deliberately drop 30lbs in 2 weeks the body will add back 15 rather easily and fuck no it isn't all water stop pretending my death weight is my normal weight it isn't
