Meal 1: 80/20 ground beef -1 pound
Meal 2: 80/20 ground beef -1 pound
Meal 3: 80/20 ground beef -1pound
Meal 4 80/20 ground beef - 1 pound
Right around 4,600 calories and maintaining really decent conditioning, never have I eaten this much food/calories and stayed this tight, usually 3000-3400 is my maintenance.  I'm going to start dropping the hammer and shred up next couple of weeks alternating one day 4lbs 80/20 ground beef one day 4lbs 93/7 ground beef (basically doing protein sparing modified fast).

One more refeed day next Saturday then tight up to the show on the 27th May

May be going to the World Champs June 10th in Italy

I love chicken livers but always seem to overcook them. How long do you fry them for?

Back on track boys, ballooned up to 275 over the past month of not walking, not lifting much and eating everything in sight. Started my diet Saturday after weighing in on Saturday morning. As of this morning I was 254.5 holy water Batman.

Thank you sir. Was a rough last month or so. Then vacation really set it off haha. Anyways feeling much better dropping 20 lbs of water. Once you feel better and see results it goes so much easier haha.

yes it really does.Trying to remember what I ate yesterday. I didn’t fuck it up all day
Sliced turkey w 1 slice cheese
Salads diet 1000 island
5 turkey sausage patties
Late afternoon snack of more sliced turkey
Dinner was scrambled eggs and turkey sausage
Bunch of coffee some sugar free kool aid and one reign energy drink
