Homeless life expetancy is probably low for a lot of reasons, I doubt Raw Milk is one of them. These places that are being shut down by the government are like clubs you join specifically to buy raw products and I think they are labeled even though it's the reason for joining the club to begin with. Probably not many people peddling raw milk to the homeless on the streets lol...

you really thought I was citing a reason for the death of homeless people?
I was saying imagine a homeless person who has no other food and will certainly starve to death unless he can get raw milk. I would say that the law saying "It is illegal to sell (or give) raw milk" would not be justified. If the Hypothetical homeless person A said "I know I might get sick, but damnit I'm about to die so I want raw milk", then the law saying it was impermissible would not be justified.
Wasn't this thread about legal paternalism?
